Production Quality Notice
These recordings were captured during live workshops and training sessions using a single-camera setup. As such, video and audio quality may vary between recordings. While some segments may appear less polished, the focus of this library is on the authentic demonstration of ACT processes, therapeutic language, and in-session decision-making. We believe this real-world format provides valuable insight into how ACT is applied in practice.
These demonstrations are designed for training and are not real therapy sessions. To support learning, some moments may feel less natural, and the therapist may speak more or guide the process more actively than usual.
